Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Everest Kala Kendra.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling at Everest Kala Kendra or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

2. Applying for a Place

Submitting the form on this website is an application, not an enrollment. A member of staff reviews it and contacts you to confirm whether a place is available. A student is enrolled only once EKK has confirmed it with you directly.

3. Tuition & Fees

Monthly tuition is $100 per student.
There is a one-time application fee of $40.
Nothing is charged through this website. It accepts no card or bank details, and no payment is due at the point of applying.
Tuition and the application fee are arranged and settled with EKK directly. We will tell you the accepted payment methods when we speak.

4. Code of Conduct

Students, parents, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other families. EKK reserves the right to terminate enrollment for behavior that endangers safety or undermines the learning environment.

5. Liability

Participation in dance and performing arts carries inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and release EKK from liability for injuries occurring during normal program activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Photo & Video Release

Photo and video consent is optional. It is never pre-ticked on the application form, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. There is no online account to do it in. EKK uses media only for promotion, recap, and community-building purposes, and never sells or licenses it externally.

7. Withdrawing a Student

To withdraw a student, or to withdraw an application you have already sent, contact us by phone or email. Any refund of tuition already paid is handled directly with EKK administration.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is always the one on this page, with the revision date shown at the top.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, OH.
